Board Certified Family Law Specialist | Fellow, American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers 

Bree Antenucci is a Shareholder of Ross Family Law, a boutique family law firm serving the Bay Area for over a decade. With over fifteen years of experience practicing family law in the Bay Area, Bree possesses the incisive knowledge and skill to handle some of the most complicated cases. Bree specializes in complex custody disputes, applying her decisiveness, care, and understanding of childhood development to solve challenging problems. In addition, she assists all types of families with property division, spousal and child support, mediation, and more. Bree takes extra care to share all the facts and insight with her clients, giving them a clear understanding of their options and the legal processes they face.

Bree is a Certified Family Law Specialist, as designated by The State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. Bree is committed to public service, serving on the Family Law Executive Committee of the California Lawyers Association (FLEXCOM) where she serves as vice chair this year. She is currently spearheading and planning FLEXCOM's first multi-day continuing education conference, set for August 2026 in Sacramento.

While attending Lewis & Clark Law School, she served as a board member of the Public Interest Law Project, which raises funds for alumni who work in favor of public interest. In addition, she worked as a volunteer at the Portland Women’s Crisis Line, where she helped survivors of domestic violence connect with various resources and networks.

Bree represents clients n Alameda, Contra Costa and San Francisco County Superior Courts.
