About Us
Ross Family Law, PC is a thriving, boutique family law firm with offices in Oakland and Pleasanton but predominantly operates remotely. We handle sophisticated family law cases. Our founding partner is the local President of the prestigious American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML). Four of our six attorneys are Certified Family Law Specialists, as designated by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. That means we are firmly planted in the family law community and do the highest quality legal work. We value our relationships with local judges, opposing counsel, experts, and our other family law colleagues. About The Role
We are carefully seeking to add the right lawyer to our firm -- someone that doesn’t want just any job, but a lawyer who wants to join our specific firm to do our specific brand of top-quality family law work. Someone who shares our values (translation - be smart, take pride in your work, be open-minded, be friendly, and be willing to pitch in to help others).
Qualifications
- Family Law Experience is preferred but not required.
- 5+ years of legal experience, and strong research and writing skills are required.
- Experience managing a case from initial filing to Judgment/Final Order is preferred.
